My name is Jennifer "Jenny O" Oxier and I have been a professional Hair and Makeup Artist (hair stylist) as well as an Educator based in Reno for over 10 years.

One could say I fell into the business, but if you ask me, it was fate all along. As a child in Reno, I remember using paint as makeup on my dad's face while he napped on the couch. And, at 8 years old, during show and tell I performed a "how to curl your hair properly". The first sign of me wanting to be professional hair stylist. Yes, I am so happy to say, it was inevitable. Since my early years as a Reno beauty professional, my hair stylist career has taken me all over the west coast. It's been an amazing ride that has given me the opportunity to work on feature film productions, commercials, photoshoots, videos, and celebrities over the last decade.

In men's and women's hair cutting, textured and curly, I specialize in all aspects of hair design. Corrective color, Ombre, balayage, special effects high-lighting, up styling and makeup for any special event including red carpet and weddings, all forms of hair extensions, and real/synthetic dreadlocks. I have also added to my repitoire Brazillian Blowouts, for those of you are not ready to embrace your curl. The endless possiblities my education has made for me!

I sing for fun in my spare time. You might get a show while I am in the middle of my masterpiece on your hair.
